 SpeakEasy celebrates its 16th year with an all new week-long exhibition featuring original works from 37 carefully juried, independent contemporary artists. Coming from a variety of creative backgrounds, these artists will converge at Toronto's renowned Gladstone Hotel and offer a glimpse into Canada's future Art Stars. From seasoned collectors to first time art buyers, gallerists to designers, visitors will find this art fair a unique opportunity to meet and purchase work directly from local artists.

Welcome! I'm a French Canadian artist living and working in Toronto, Canada.
The pleasure of drawing is at the core of my desire to produce art and paper has always been my favourite playground – ink, pencil, charcoal, watercolor, pastel, printmaking... But my true passion remains watercolor.
At the end of the 90's, I started drawing from observation, with live models, after not having done so since my studying years in Fine Arts. Not only did it change my life, but, for me, drawing suddenly took a whole new turn, as I found out how difficult and challenging portraiture is. During the last 2 years, I've been producing more "narrative" works, on large formats and an illustrative approach using ink and watercolor.
The Résumé section contains a short bio and my artist statement; the Gallery section contains works that were done from 1998 to... yesterday!; finally, in the Folio section are other works that were published, commissioned or made just "for the fun of it".
